At Aima Being, we strive to provide a smooth and rewarding experience for all of our clients. We value your time and ask that you value ours. We understand that sometimes plans change, so we offer the following refund policy for booked QHHT sessions:
- Full Refund: If you need to cancel your session within 48 hours of booking, you are eligible for a full refund of your payment.
- Partial Refund: If you cancel your session at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, you will receive a 90% refund of your payment.
- Please note that cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will incur a $175 fee, to cover expenses incurred in securing your session.
- We encourage you to contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel.
